It is located in the natural ridge, distance to the lake Svityaz is 50 m. There are many cafes, bars, shops, market, night club "Odyssey” nearby.

There are three buildings, two of which are two-story, free parking, eight gazeboes, swing, barbecue and more. There is the ability of doing fishing on the pond.

Building 1. consists of four separate double rooms with double beds, refrigerators, television sets, tables, chairs, kettle, crockery, bathroom (shower and toilet).

Building 2. On the first floor there are four triple rooms, two of them with a wide balcony. Each room has one double bed and single bed, fridge, TV, dresser for clothes. There are two bathrooms are on the floor (two toilets, sinks, showers).

Building 3. has 12 rooms (4 double, 6 triple rooms, 2 four-bed). The rooms are set with single beds, tables, chairs, cabinets for clothes. The house has two kitchens with gas cooker, fridge, kettle, cutlery. The four bathrooms are located in a separate room.

We do not make room reservation only on weekends.
